My rent budget is on the low, between 1000-1200$. This will be my first apartment. I know this is possible cause my parents are renting out apartments at those prices. I am preferably looking for an apartment in Laval and I can even do Montreal but not in the downtown area.

I am still a bit hesitant about Facebook Marketplace cause it does not look official if you know what I mean . What do I have to look out for in terms of red flags?

This is a show called From, and it's not that popular, to be honest, so I'm sure not many people are downloading it from a torrent site of all places, which probably means not enough seeds. This has been happening for a while now, and it honestly feels like a glitch. I have attempted to download one 1080p file and five 4K torrents of the show. All are stuck on "Downloading Metadata" at 0%, and one is stuck on "Connecting to Peers."

Not sure what's going on...
