Is my subpanel up to code? (no Neutral?)
In Tennessee. Trying to find out if this subpanel in the garage is up to code. The top left double pole breaker is currently serving a NEMA 6-50 outlet, but I would like to replace it with a NEMA 14-50 for EV charging.
Can someone tell me if this is up to code if it lacks a dedicated neutral?
Line to Line voltage: 240VAC
Line to Ground: 120VAC
