I spent upwards of 4k on a bag from margerita and trusted them enough to pre pay because I’ve bought from them once before with a good experience. I haven’t received my bag despite it having been 13 days since i placed the order.

Ive reached out to them via phone and email and have gotten no response.

Is there anyone that has faced a similar situation? Does anyone have any advice on what to do moving forward?
