Working as an HR Assoc in Cebu
With a degree of HRDM. I've been working since 2024 and this is 2nd job and first exp as an HR.
1st job, not HR related. 9 months earning pretty well. Hybrid set-up, with allowances and de minimis. I earn 11-12k digits every 15th and 9-10k every 30th.
2nd job and my current one, almost a year in this company. During my 8th month marami ng changes (New HR Director). Bawal mag ot (1 lang per dept). If legal and special (1 lang per dept, walang budget para magbayad ng maraming tao). If special, No work, no pay. Every 15th, i earn 7,020 to 6,000 monthy unless meron holiday. Every 30th naman, minus all the deductions. Matitira nalang sakin is mga less then 5,500.
Well, i accepted this job for EXPERIENCE. I'm planning my way out to find better and good paying job.
