My first betta tank
Got my first betta almost 2 months ago and the tank is coming along quite nicely. I can’t wait for the plants to cover the entire back :)

I’m unsure if these bubbles are a nest or from the filter. The majority of them were there when I woke up this morning, yesterday there were only a few.
The filter does create bubbles but they pop when they reach the surface. These are the only bubbles in the tank, except for a few on the opposite side of the tank. When I touch these bubbles they stick to my finger.
I read some articles to try and figure out if it’s a nest, and they all said that bubbles from nests usually are harder to pop, so that’d make sense.
But some also said that these bobbles form when the water levels aren’t ideal.
I’m just very confused about the location as it is directly underneath the filter and the only place that has any current at all. I thought they preferred tank corners that aren’t disturbed by that.
I’m very confused, can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance :)
