I have a dell precision 3440 sff with a p400 how could I upgrade the gpu? What are my options?

I have an adequate experience in Local LLMs (I love granite4.1:3b), I have used ollama, open webui, tools, agents via openclaw and more. I have noticed how powerful this could be and if making money via custom headless AI agents is possible? I would buy all the necessary hardware or rent it out in the cloud. I need an output of these agents so I am thinking of having SMBs pay for automated workflows???

I want advice on the following:

• Hardware
• What niche to enter as things such as zapier exist
• Or is this absolute bullshit
