Fully Automated Pacu Ranch
Hey y'all, I wanted to share the fully automated Pacu ranch that technically works at "any" size. Ignore the sandbox mode, sandbox was needed to show how it works.
Automation - the doors work to filter 1 fish at a time. The pressure sensor is hooked to the not gate for the door behind so that the doors are always open except when a fish is already in the space ahead and because pacu's flop, the filter gate is to let them hopefully get through doors.
The critter sensor at the bottom is calculated as :
Critters allowed = (Room size / 9)(rounded down)-1
In the case here, the room is 128 tiles. divide by 9, rounded down is 14. minus 1 is 13
This is done to account for occasional doubles and even triples making its way down, preventing egg production from halting due to over crowding.
Rails - super simple but I split it up to show the calories the top produces is ***over three times greater than the pool itself***. This is because domesticated pacu's cannot technically starve when mega confined out of water and as such, will die by old age and still produce full fillets.
