I recently finished college and started working full-time as a freelancer, which means I don't get out much and my naturally introverted personality is in overdrive. I'm finding it incredibly difficult to navigate the dating scene here in India; whenever I try to strike up a casual conversation with women, it feels like they immediately have their guard up, overreact, or simply don't want to talk at all. I completely understand why people are cautious, but if I can't even get past the initial "hello" without getting shut down, how am I ever supposed to find a genuine connection or the love of my life?
