Problem/Goal: What law po nalalabag if one of our neighbors decided na magtayo ng basketball court sa daan?
Context: Some of my neighbors po decided na magtayo ng basketball court sa may daan or kalsada near outside our house. Because of this, maraming tao from different areas go here para maglaro. Everyday nalang maingay and may naka harang sa daan. Inconvenient kapag pauwi kami kase titigil pa kami at hihintayin sila na tumabi para makadaan yung car. Umaabot sila ng gabi sa paglalaro kaya sumasakto sa work ko (I work from home).
Yesterday, I went outside kase maingay talaga. I saw several people na naglatag ng chairs sa mismong daan to watch the game they had and it was really loud.
Just want to here your thoughts about this po and kung what law yung nilalabag dito.
I also reached out to a kagawad about this and I think he was kind of hesitant to take action.
