So I have a question as the head of household in a 3 way roommate situation 1 of my roommates refuses to pay his full portion of rent thats split 350 each he has been trying to start fights and harass me for a few days now when we moved in I paid for both his mattress and bed frame but didnt gift it to him if i hired a furniture removal company to get rid of those items is it considered theft even though I paid for it and he refuses to harass and threaten me or am I fully in the right to do so since the items are mine to begin with and is just letting him use them
