Applied for the amex platinum reserve card on 18th April. I'm already eligible. VKYC is also done on the same day. Uploaded the documents and they are all fine.
Now it has been almost 15 days but I haven't recieved any confirmation or approval mail from them. Talked to their team. But every week they are saying the same thing ' Sir wait for a few more days, we are trying our best'.
Anyone's prev experience on this scenario? or like what is gonna happen next?
