Hi guys, so back in December my fiance left me we were planning the wedding planned a future together, then all of a sudden to me she says shes been fighting feelings for a while and ended things, she was the love of my life I made myself a better person because of her and ove never been the same since, im slowly moving on and start to feel better but then all of a sudden a wave of sadness and depression comes over me and I struggle to want to do anything, and I have to fight all urges to try and make contact with her when im trying to respect her wishes and leave her alone

Has anyone been through something like this and could offer advice?
