
Bad review? oh well life goes on
The driver should have the opportunity to rate the customers and the customer's rating should be displayed to the driver. Most of the bad reviews i've gotten came from horrible customers. Like this one lady who just gave me a 4 star was upset Because she didn't give me clear instructions how to get inside of her high rise apartment. I had the call her and she kept saying go to the door with a keypad as if I was the one who helped with the architecture of her building. I had to walk around her building just to find that door ($10/6mile).. I'm not upset at all. It just makes me scratch my head how quickly people will try to sweep your legs the moment they find out they have a little opportunity to. A five star rating cost zero dollars and no stress but when I see a bad rating , I feel like that person was consumed with hate it takes energy to hate. God bless
