Which of the three options is correct for Part 3/ Question 3 of Form I-539:

Is this application based on a separate petition or application to provide your spouse, child, or parent an extension or change of status?
A) Yes, filed with this form I-539
B) No
C) Yes, filed previously and currently pending with USCIS

Some background about my situation:
I am filing an extension of stay on H-4 based on an extension already granted to the H-1B holder (so filing I-539 standalone and not with I-129).
I know option A and C are not correct, but I am not sure if I should select option B (No) or just leave it blank and skip the question.
