As my joining will be in July, so recently got a call from team and they asked about possibilities of early joining and I have to ask early release for that and they are offering some percent of joining bonus for that...

So is it normal...

And do I get joining bonus,

even if I join as per tentative date mentioned in offer letter.

With Modi speaking positively about WFH , is there any actual shift happening internally in Indian companies regarding remote work policies?

Or are companies still broadly moving toward stricter hybrid/full office models regardless of public statements?

Hi all,

I got an offer in April 4th , accepted offer and resigned from current company and after they told me to upload documents by giving some link.. so I uploaded except form 16.. and after then no call from HR or any replies yet but daily getting one whatsapp message from accenture to upload documents...and have few queries like

1.in cover letter proposed starting date is JULY 8th. So is it joining date?

2.when they will reach out to us regarding onboarding details or further process as I'm confused if something will happens as I'm resigned...

3.what will be in hand salary for 9.55lpa ? If anyone knows..

4.And I got a some project call basic interview even without onboarding! Is it normal?

Please help me out with this queries
