Question

I’m a beginner calisthenics athlete and I’ve been grappling with the l sit and frog pose for a couple days because they seem to be the most ez skills for beginners to tackle so any tips?

should I develop strength through basic calisthenics like pushups and planks (I can’t pull because of no bar I’ll get one soon tho)

Also can someone suggest more calisthenics skills for beginners and how advanced should I be in basic skills like pushups planks and pull-ups for me to even dream of advancing in

Time it takes to learn these skills???

Frog pose ,L sit ,handstand, handstand pushups ,front lever, planche,

Any examples of daily workout routines?

I only recently discovered this like 5 days ago when I say that I mean I've always know they were there just not visible and I don't know how long they've been there

I've always thought I had dandruff and these things have always been in my hair just not this apparent not everywhere also I have eczema I recently started using dandruff shampoo about a month ago

I always thought dandruff was normal and every human had it but research proved me wrong but these don't look like dandruff they aren't big and patchy but rather small white dots that are hard

Edit : im 99% sure its not lice because these are mostly impaled and the ones that arent shake off easily .dry scalp flakes are more likely I’m just not sure if it really is flakes and how to combat it without buying anything or using products
