Hi everyone I am not able to start my laptop only is key and caps light is on even on restart but screen is completely blacked out need some steps to fix it.even on restart laptop keys flash up and same scenario again.

I am not able to start my laptop only is key and caps light is on even on restart but screen is completely blacked out need some steps to fix it.even on restart laptop keys flash up and same scenario again.
It would be really helpfull if somebody can highlight the issue.
