70.3 kg / 155 lbs
I think my body fat is around 19%
My goal is to reach 65 kg / 140 lbs 12%bf by June 21 (my birthday)
4x full-body gym workouts + 3x cardio (swimming or hiking)
Staying consistent every day :)
