Am I overreacting

So our son is 16 months old and we travel with him as his dad works everywhere. This is the message I got from his mom when I decided that the setup on our rental was absolutely not safe to travel 11 hours. Also, my husband was just going back to handle things at home for a few days, it wasn’t an official visit. The part about his other children not seeing our child is crazy, because the last time we went back HE said he didn’t want to have to deal with the logistics of seeing them and their mom. It seems like there is a lot of animosity for me that shouldn’t really be because he was stationary within 3 hours of them for 1 year and they never came to see us or check on us. Also my child had a stomach bug for Christmas so we were at home and she knew that. Im at my end with this.

Anxiety/possible heart issues 35/195/5’9

For reference, I’ve never had any prior medical issues. Since having my son I’ve had weird heart palpitations, I’ve chalked it up to be anxiety. The other day i literally had to call an ambulance because I thought I was going to pass out while making my son lunch. We did just move to an extremely higher elevation than I was previously used to. I also have been under extreme stress. My blood pressure was hypertensive. The doctor informed me that he had no idea what could be going on as my EKG was normal. I drove the next day a short distance and felt dizzy/lightheaded again. I feel like this might be anxiety/vertigo related. What are your thoughts?
