Three Reps

Are we supposed to be working so hard/heavy that we take quick breaks every 3-4 reps throughout the workout? Or only once we hit second stage muscle failure? Also, when your muscles start shaking, is that second stage?

Ideal Time for Power30?

Ideally, when would you want to take a Power30?

The only Power30’s in my area are at 5:30am on Saturdays. I’m planning to email the area manager to ask that they add Power30’s over weekday lunch breaks.

But curious if I’m alone thinking these would be the more useful time slot?

Plank Form

Why do we do planks in [SC] with high backs? I’m used to doing planks with straight back, as close to horizontal as possible. Is it more effective to keep back high, and even arched like a mini rainbow? I feel like this dumps weight into my upper body.
