I’ll be joining the Mumbai office of JP Morgan on the 20th, and it’s going to be my first day/corporate job experience there. Wanted to ask a few things from people already working at JPM India:

1. What usually happens during orientation/onboarding week?

2.What should I carry on Day 1?

3.How formal is the dress code initially?

Any things you wish you knew before joining?

Also, any tips on making a good first impression or surviving the first few weeks would really help 😅

How’s the cafeteria in the Goregaon office?
Variety and quality for lunch/dinner
How does the cab/transport facility work?
I’ve heard cabs are provided after ~8 pm – is it door-to-door or nodal?
Is the service generally reliable?
How’s the overall work culture at the Goregaon office?
Also, anything you wish you knew before joining would be really helpful!
