Driver issue RX7600 EVO

Hi everyone, I’ve been having issues with my current matter, hope you can help me solve it.
Rx570 current GPU, with drivers up to date.
Got a rx7600 EVO OC, which is compatible with my mobo and red light went off (so I assume it’s correctly plugged in). Downloaded GPUZ to make sure it is, it’s showing Microsoft basic display adapter, but it’s showing the amd Radeon graphics logo. So it’s correctly plugged in?)
I went in safe mode, used DDU to remove old drivers. Went back to normal windows, opened the new rx7600 drivers downloaded earlier. I leave default setting, default location and no factory reset.
Using windows 10 64bit (amd Adrenalin downloaded is for this, I cross checked)
It downloads, at the end it says error 205, Amd Radeon software installed correctly but windows update may have reverted your driver etc.
Windows update is ticked off (both in DDU and in sysdm.cpl).
Computer is unplugged from internet. I checked on device manager too, display adapter, only Microsoft basic display adapter is shown. Rollback driver is grayed out, if I do update driver and browse and select the folder from AMD, the one with .inf file, it’s saying best driver is already installed.
Have no idea what to do. Thanks a lot
