Currently an L4 at a delivery station. I’m feeling so burnt out it’s making me question my whole life. I worked my way up. I have been thinking what if it’s not for me. Not sure if it’s the warehouse but I do plan on moving back to the warehouse I used to work at before my promo. Smaller warehouse less people. Looking into IT as well.
