Warning to passengers dealing with Vietnam Airlines EU261 claims.

After filing my FRA→ICN delayed flight compensation claim, I received suspicious scam calls and Google Forms requesting personal information related to the case. Extremely concerning possible impersonation/scam activity and customer data security issues.

Even more shocking: after 5 months, Vietnam Airlines still has not provided any meaningful EU261 compensation response while customers are exposed to suspicious contacts and potential personal information risks. Completely unacceptable customer claim handling.
