Looking for positivity

I just got married in January (I’m 30, husband is 31)- we got pregnant on our honeymoon and just couldn’t believe it. It was our first time trying and we just felt so lucky. We went on to miscarry at 7 weeks naturally at home on the 31st of March. It was rough, but we wanted to try again ASAP. I didn’t wait for a period, we tried as soon as I ovulated and we got pregnant again- but it turned out to be chemical. I tested positive at 14 DPO, but then lines got lighter instead of darkening, then I got my period.

We are both extremely healthy, fit, happy- all the things. But I guess that doesn’t really matter, it’s almost just luck of the combination.

For those who have dealt with multiple early losses but went on to have a child- did you wait a cycle or try as soon as you could? How long did it take you to have your first child? Did you do anything different- supplements, worked out less, etc?

I know that we are all different and my story won’t be the same as yours - I guess I’m just looking for some positive outcomes to make me feel like my life won’t become one big two week wait.
