NOID - failed to establish a qualified employer.
Got an NOID after getting an RFE requesting more more information about my current employer.
NOID - stated that i failed to establish a qualifying employer. Do i need to establish this if I have an approved I140 from a national interest waiver EB2 - NIW ?
