I kept seeing the same comment on different videos (the bottom one that's cut off), but this news clip about seastar conservation has 30 comments and about 27 of them are some version of this. Looked up the book a little and it seems to be some behind the curtain conspiracy type thing, but it just gives me bad vibes...

Is it a meme?? Or bots? Does anyone know more about this?

I have a pretty high tolerance for conspiracy content but I'm weirdly creeped out by it lol
