What should I do?
My package has been sitting at the Louisville Distribution Center for 9 days with no movement or updates. I’ve tried opening both a Missing Mail Search and a service request, but the agent told me she hasn’t had any luck getting in contact with the facility, but sees that it keeps getting reprocessed within the facility.
The package contains a somewhat urgent document, so I’m really trying to get it moving and figure out what’s going on. Any advice on what else I can do?
