Hello everyone I just wanted to ask a question so I’m 19 rn and I’m pretty big and I was thinking about fasting but I don’t know how to get into it and I was wondering since summer is starting for me soon since I’m almost done with college I should stay with 1 meal a day until school end in 2 weeks and then try a water fast I was just wondering if that was a good idea and I was just wondering if anyone could give me any tips just want to say thanks in advance and have a good day!
