In good lighting, I like how i look, but in lighting where you can see the contours of my face things do not look so fine. Last summer I did an upper bleph, co2 laser on face and neck, and an illadvised above jaw bone “jowel lypo” to treat some minor pre-jowling fat blobs. That has lead to some volume loss and the sagging that can be seen in certain light (most light). I would like to find a way to treat some of the droopiness and also make some improvements with what’s going on with my neck. Surgery might be the only real way, but wanted to see if anyone else had other thoughts. I’ve heard sculpture and hyper diluted radiesse can help some people. I am also thinking a lower bleph could help with what’s going on under my eyes. Just wondering if anyone had experiences or opinions on this.
