Hi everyone - I'm a non-gamer Mom here, forgive my ignorance, I'm just trying to surprise my son with a new game!
My 9 year old is just getting into Zelda. He is currently playing BotW at his dad's house and wants to get it at my house. I suggested he get a different Zelda game so he's not repeating game play and so I'm not "competing" with his dad time experience. (No, we're not on the same account or bringing systems back and forth).
My question is if I should get him TotK or if that's too hard? I understand that his dad helps him quite a bit with Breath.
I was thinking of Age of Calamity just from reading but maybe that's not available on the switch? Please let me know what a newish young player might enjoy most under the Zelda umbrella. Tia!
