Kvara is a more technical, and more fun player to watch that Vini. If Vinicius wasn't in real Madrid there wouldn't be any hype behind that guy. If Kvara was in the same position (club) as vini he would be more appreciated and would have helped rma much more.

Over the last couple of months I had worked for Zepto, Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart as a picker. My job was to pick the items from orders and forward it to the delivery drivers.

I'll be ranking these three instant delivery services based on efficiency, cleaniness of the place, order frequency and job difficulties.

Efficiency:

**1. Instamart**\- The item were placed in racks that were very easy to find and similar item were generally together. The items were in a reachable spot and never out of stock.

**2. Zepto**\- Similar to Instamart items were moderately easy to find but similar items were never together, like you could find protein bars and face wash of certain brand together in the same rack. The most funny things I found together were turtle food and adult diapers.

**3. Blinkit-** The whole place was a mess. This was the latest place I worked at, and by the time I got the job there I was a pro at picking but I just couldn't attend blinkit. The store was small, a dozen pickers, the placement of things were random, the marking of each bin confusing, the rows were weird, everything was off. Dreaded working there.

Cleanliness:

**1. Instamart**\- The whole place was spotless. Every bin is kept clean and organized. Frequent cleaners come and tidy up the place. Each picker is given a row of bins to arrange and organize daily.

**2. Zepto**\- The place was 'ok'. Bins were kept clean every morning but by the end of the day it gets messy. The floors were clean tho.

**3. Blinkit**\- Shit hole... I rarely order from blinkit so I'm fine but if you're a person who frequently orders from there, be cautious because the place is a mess.

Order frequency:

**1. Zepto-** I worked during peak times in all three places but I felt zepto had an amazing frequency of orders. I was constantly running from bin to bin in search of something. Zepto also has a cafe and cafe orders were pretty frequent as well.

**2. Blinkit-** less orders compared to zepto. I could take a washroom break without an order interfering.

**3. Instamart-** Wayyy less orders. I was basically scrolling through instagram most of my time there and when an order did come I was able to complete it quickly because everything was so neat and well organised.

Job difficulties:

**1. Blinkit**\- Because of the items being at random places and the shelves and bins being quite unorganised the job was difficult. Took longer to complete an order.

**2. Zepto**\- Perfect amount of difficulty. An order too 2-5 minutes depending on the number of items and everything was quite easy to find. Would definitely recommend zepto if you're looking for a part time job.

**3. Instamart-** Less orders + easy to find items = easy job. Would recommend as well.

I would definitely recommend this job for anyone interested in doing it. Pays fairly and quite easy. If you're a student (like I am) and want to earn some quick cash Zepto and Blinkit have slot booking options so you can work according to your free time. Instamart is different, you're a part time employee, and get paid monthly. There are shifts that you can choose but rarely can change them. But also an experience.
