Problems with fan curve on Intel Arc B580 Asrock Challenger OC

The standard fan curve on my Intel ARC B580 ASRock video card doesn't work in my region. It overheats a lot. So, through the Intel control panel, I configured a much better fan curve. The problem is that many times when I open a game, the fan gets stuck at 1400 or 1500 RPM, then the temperature starts to rise significantly, and the RPM doesn't increase. To solve the problem, I have to open the Intel control panel, disable the custom fan configuration, and reapply it. Then the fan starts working again, according to my customized curve. Then, as soon as I close the game, either the fan gets stuck at 3000 RPM, or it reduces appropriately. But most of the time it gets stuck at 3000 RPM, so the only way to solve it is to repeat the process in the Intel control panel. And this keeps repeating every time I open or close a game. Does anyone know how to solve this? A solution without having to use DDU again. Thanks
