So I did the carnivore diet for a little over 100 days and it worked wonders for me. But one major issue I ended up getting that made me quit, were cramps in my feet while I was sleeping and laying down for bed, or even when I'm waking up. I quit carnivore and started eating mainly chipotle bowls. And my feet cramps have completely disappeared. I want to rejoin carnivore because I literally gained 10 pounds since I quit LOL. Would LOVE advice on how to prevent that from reoccurring when I rejoin.
On carnivore I mainly eat beef 88% lean 12% fat, 3-5 1.5lb steaks every week, also eggs. On occasion I'd have some cheese. All food was purchased from costco. And I did add salts to my meals and occasionally to my water.
