I've always been a pretty spiritual person, but recently and begrudgingly came to the terms that a guy I've known for 10 years is a twin flame. I didn't look into this until I recently took a break from our friendship. I felt such a strong grief as if someone had passed away, when I blocked him and all three of my friends asked me if he was my twin flame. This isn't normal.
I heard of twinflames but I thought it was one of those things people romanticize. The week I blocked him...every morning I woke up at 3am with pain or heaviness in my chest all the time and then a love song would play on my phone.
Whenever I talked shit about him in my mind, a light bulb in my house would go out. The telepathy has always been insane with this guy, has any DF experienced any crazy telepathy/3am chest pulls with your DM? I had to unblock him because of how painful it felt.
