Hi, I’ve just bought the 30 day OnTrack trial through the RPS membership.
For those who sat the exam last year … was it actually any good? Did you find it useful for the real exam, or not really worth bothering with or shall I just stick to past papers

I’m about to qualify in the next few months and have been offered a relief position with my current employer at around £22/hour. I can’t help but feel like this is quite low, even for a newly qualified.
Can people be honest about what the current market rates actually are right now? I’m not interested in locuming – I want stability – but I also don’t want to accept something that’s below the going rate.
Would really appreciate some transparency from others in the field.
