How easy is it to transfer to mainline as a supervisor?

I'm a supervisor with a contractor at a regional airport. We work DL and UA, but UA is our bigger contract (mainlines, and significantly more flights). How easy would it be to eventually transfer to UA mainline? I love the job, but for a full career I'd rather make the jump to mainline. Would I need to get hired on as a ramp agent, or would it be possible to get a supervisor position given my current experience?

First flights, and crash

After about a year of sim time, I finally decided the Apprentice STOL from Horizon was the right first plane for me. A small plane that I could take to a quiet city park, perfect package. And boy did it fly nice, just like the sim. SAFE was amazing, and even turning it to intermediate mode on the transmitter, I was able to keep control pretty well. But the inevitable happened when I did something stupid. I knew I was going to crash eventually, but at least I got a lot of solid flight time in first. Practice landings and good circles. Parts have been ordered, but next time I'll stick to grass landings and keeping SAFE on lol
