Im looking for recommendations for stories where the FMC is basically groomed (in a non-creepy way) for her role to be the MMCs mate. Can be she grew up in a convent, nunnery, school or simply her parents paid tutors to educate her for the future role.
Ages ago I read {The Family Jewel by Raina James} and loved the premise of the story where the FMC‘s whole education was to be a perfect mate and anticipate her mate’s needs. Sadly, while she wrote two stories in this world both are unpublished now.
The FMC can embrace or resist her role. Prefer no MM or light MM. Prefer to not have the whole story take place in a school setting, but not fully opposed either.
Appreciate any recommendations in advance. Don’t recommend Pack Darling, technically this fits but I’ve read it and was not a huge fan. Don’t mind light bullying but not really feeling a Bullyromance right now.
