Around a month ago, my fiancé and I adopted this 5-month-old kitten from the shelter, and she is absolutely amazing. She is relatively calm for a kitten; she doesn't do anything bad like chew on forbidden things or have accidents around the home. I'm just worried she is lonely; she always had her two brothers (both were adopted shortly before we got her), and we both work 9-5s, so we only have a smaller portion of the day with her. When I do get home, she is super talkative and attached. If she could be in my skin, she absolutely would. It can get somewhat excessive that she has to be on us, or she starts obnoxiously meowing at us. I never had a kitten before, and I don't know if this is normal or if she is just lonely that we are gone for so long in a day. I don't want to resort to another cat if it's not needed. I don't know if she will need another kitten or a grown cat. I love my cat; she has become a great part of the family, but throughout the week, it can be harder for her to get the attention she might need. Please give some advice
