Why say all this??

What do Spark customers accomplish from guilt tripping a shopper for out of stock items? Of course the only two things “I DIDN’T FIND” are the most important items 🙄 the verbiage of some customers piss me off. I would’ve cancelled on the spot if I wasn’t already 99% done.

In case you were wondering, YES the store can reassign trips

Waited nearly 30 min for a triple curbside just for the store to remove one of the stops last minute, reducing the pay significantly. I asked the loader what’s up with that and he shows me his handheld. He even suggested I report the issue to support, which I did.

A minute into the phone call I notice the MANAGER loading up the exact reassigned items in another sparkers car! That’s when I initiated a return with support on the spot and got paid for the remainder.

You heard it here, folks. The store has full capability to manipulate trips and pick and choose who gets what. Don’t believe any of the “system glitch” BS they’ll try to sell you when confronted.

Lady got annoyed her size XXL joggers weren’t in stock and I couldn’t substitute due to a setting SHE chose.

I had support cancel the whole trip, fuck that. Not worth exposing myself to a 1 star rating or pulled gratuity.
