Unresolved Session Crashes
Hi everyone,
I want to keep this respectful, but I’m incredibly frustrated with the current state of Boosteroid's support and service.
I’m experiencing constant crashes where the image turns completely black, followed by a "Something went wrong" error. It happens mostly while playing Mouse PI for Hire. Sometimes I manage to get a full session in if I force myself to stay on, but even then, it always ends up crashing by the end. The service is currently unusable for me (as i can play and eventually lose my save since the game crashes without me closing and allowing steam to upload to the cloud)
On May 10th I reported the issue and provided all requested data. Support opened ticket SO-14548.
As of today it has been 11 days, the issue persists. Every time I follow up, I get the exact same generic response: "Nothing yet, we’ll let you know once we have an update."
I understand technical bugs take time to fix, but 11 days with zero real updates is not a great customer experience. Leaving paying customers completely in the dark while the service remains broken is unfair.
Does anyone else experience this specific black screen crash? And to the Boosteroid team: How long does it typically take to get a real update on an open ticket?
