Hi everyone just stayed in Summer Senses luxury SlH resort in Greece. Used hilton app for booking and used the Hilton amex aspire card. Now the points came and only received 3x vs 14x as advertised. Contacted amex and no luck they are telling me only qualified hotels are eligible for 14x. I have been told the hotel is not under Hilton umbrella even though it clearly is.
