Hello dear ladies, I'm 7 months postpartum, with my second child and not able to lose belly fat, it still looks 4-5 months pregnant and I'm trying to lose weight too. Checked myself and got to know that I have 2-3 finger gap between my abs.
Which are the good exercises to target the core muscles and is it quite common after second delivery.
How much time it takes to get results?
