I went through a yt tutorial for the night star photography on the Action 6. After all settings are done. It shows infinity->3:24. What does that mean? Like I get only 3 min storage?

So I just needed some advice.
I am going to the Himalayas later this month. I saw a few videos on accessories and learnt about filter lens. I need your help to understand if it is really needed for shooting snowy mountains and stuff? ND filter and CPL filter.
How to take those exposure photos of the night sky?? Like what's the settings to that? I only found a yt video from DJI and they just show numbers.
Edit: Do it need to get a screen protector for the screens and lens?
