I accidentally increased the fps to 144hz on my macpro 2013 and the screen went black and went into stand by mode,I tried replugging the hdmi cable and turning it off and on,please help!!!!!!!!

Need help choosing which monitor to buy around the range of 10k,you can also suggest different monitor around the same range
