Not exactly sure what these are, but they come out at night, fly around, and have a pretty sharp bite. They’re really small, and we only seem to notice them once the weather starts warming up. We’re in the west-central/central Great Plains area of Texas and never dealt with them until we moved out of the city onto a few acres surrounded by hay fields. They're only outdoors.
