she doesn't talk to me for months and then unblocks me one random day to check in on me cause she said she cares but idk if i believe that, could she just be checking in on me to see if the damage she did was bad or worse, or smth along the lines of that but i have no idea, i wish she would just either choose to fully be in my life or f*** off but not watch from afar, god dismissive avoidants make me want to bang my head together with 2 rocks

so me and my ex haven't talked for awhile and she just recently texted me and asked "have you been messing with my spotify?". i haven't been so i just didn't respond to the email, part of me really does want to respond but idk man, she may just be trying to lure me in or something.
