I've struggled with porn addiction for years. Relapses, shame, trying every app out there – none of them helped when it actually mattered.
Now I'm building something different. Not another streak tracker. I want to focus on two moments nobody addresses well:
The moment right before a relapse – when you need real intervention, not a motivational quote
The moment after – understanding what triggered it so you can actually change something
Before I write a single line of code, I want to hear from people who've been through it.
