Hello! Basically in my campaign in every city the worst sins manifest in form of beasts, in this city the king killed his allied king (it was a diarchy before the assassination) and a saint that went there for peace. Now, most of the dragon was the wife of the saint (yes, this is a retelling of the story of St. Georgies), who mutated in a three headed creature, representing the 2 houses separated by death (the middle head)
