Seller told me they shipped my item but it got returned for being overweight”. Because they gave me “so many extra goodies”. Shipped it again. But tracking never updated. Just “USPS awaiting”.
Seller said tracking is probably just slow from it having to be returned, ect. I tried to be as nice and understanding as possible.
I got told I most likely would not get any tracking updates in the end. She would just tell me to look out for my package. Or “your package should have delivered, did you get it?”
They had multiple other orders already shipped and delivered. I realized my package was not coming so I put in a cancellation request. (Mercari said I could cancel on 05/04.
But I had to have seller approve it sooner.)
Seller also gaslighted me that never put in a cancellation request the next day like I do not remember doing it?? She JUST HAD TO APPROVE IT SOONER. Also lied about if my order did not come I could “cancel or they would send me a replacement palette because they have a 2nd one”. They just kept giving such odd excuses when this whole time they just never shipped my order.
